A Journey from Multan Sharif to Kalas Sharif

Hazrat Gous Baha-ul-Haq Zakria Multani also known as Hazrat Gous Baha-ud-Din Zakria Multani (Rehmatullah Alaih) was a pious, great and famous saint of Multan. He was a well known Syed Qureshi-al-Hashmi and traced his lineage to Syedna Abu Talib (Razi Allah Ta'ala An'ho) with his ancestors. He spread the light of Islam far and wide and traveled widely for this purpose. It was the period of Sultan Al Tamash and Nasir-ud-Din Kabacha. God had conferred this family the power of spreading the light of Islam, obedience of Holy Prophet and betterment of the people.

Hazrat Makhdum Ala-ud-Din (Rehmatullah Alaih) was the middle son of Hazrat Baha-ul-Haq Zakria (Rehmatullah Alaih). The pious descendants of Hazrat Makhdum Ala uddin (Rehmatullah Alaih) settled on both sides of Jhelum River. The famous saints of this area are Khara Sharif (Kohistan Namak), Bhera Sharif and Kalas Sharif are the descendants of Makhdum Ala-ud-Din (Rehmatullah Alaih), the son of Hazrat Baha-ul-Haq Zakria Multani (Rehmatullah Alaih).

Hazrat Saidan Shah Sabri Sarkar (Rehmatullah Alaih) of Kalas Sharif was a well known saint and a very pious man traced his lineage to Makhdum Ala-ud-Din (Rehmatullah Alaih), middle son of Hazrat Baha-ul-Haq Zakria Multani (Rehmatullah Alaih) with 26 of his ancestors
